Who we are...
Detailery started in 2007 in a living room while working on numerous other web development projects...
At the time, Detailery was a quick prototype for a drag-n-drop desktop experience on top of customizable personal datasets, all within a web page. Over the next ten years of testing while working in property management, Detailery further developed into a convenient way of organizing property details into a workspace for each managed property… details such as tenant & lease documents, paint colors, irrigation settings, alarm settings, contact info for utilities, lawn service, tree service, plumber...
Detailery eventually integrated new features to accommodate the sharing of details with others... with collaborating users being able to view and edit shared workspaces...
As Detailery slowly developed into a functioning dashboard tool for organizing and sharing property details, reminders in the form of "alerts" were added to the feature set.
Then came the ability to upload documents and images, and attach and view videos, maps, and discussions within a workspace...
Detailery eventually added support for templates, providing an opportunity for a marketplace of workspaces devoted to details at a granularity that only fellow aficionados would truly appreciate...
Detailery is always experiementing with new features as use-cases expand... our latest direction is a set of personal data gathering tools for the lifelong lifelogger.

Detailery comes out a passion for design and, at it's core, is a "tool" for the storage, retrieval and analysis of information... with that in mind, Detailery is in the business of safeguarding information.

Location...
We are located in Chico, an action-packed little university town in Northern California... our office location in Downtown Chico benefits from it's burgeoning startup atmosphere, and it's walking distance to the California State University, Chico where it's business college is ranked in the top fifteen percent in the world, and it's renown Computer Science program has been serving the computer industry since 1964.
We're only 90 minutes from the state capitol of Sacramento, and three hours from Silicon Valley...
